Terms of Use
By creating an account or using a customer workspace, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Accounting Cycle Pro provides accounting-cycle practice, assessment, class administration, progress tracking, reports, and related workspace features. Features and limits depend on the customer plan.
2. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts and classes you are authorized to access. You may not share credentials, evade plan limits, probe another workspace, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with the service.
3. Educational decisions
The platform supports teaching and assessment but does not replace an instructor’s academic judgment. Institutions remain responsible for their grading policies, student notices, lawful instructions, and review of exported results.
4. Customer workspaces
A subscription belongs to the organization workspace. Workspace administrators control staff membership and class administration within their authority. Students may access only their own enrolled classes and records.
5. Billing and access
Online billing may be handled by Paddle; institutional subscriptions may be invoiced separately. Trial, active, past-due, cancelled, suspended, and expired statuses affect write access as described in the applicable plan or contract. Data is not immediately deleted when billing access ends.
6. Content and exports
You retain rights in content you lawfully upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and deliver that content through the service. You are responsible for the lawful use and protection of downloaded gradebooks, reports, and certificates.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but may perform maintenance, correct defects, change non-material features, or suspend access needed to protect users and systems. Pilot features may change as the service develops.
8. Responsibility and contact
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond an applicable written agreement. Contact arber.hoti@uni-pr.edu with support, contractual, or legal questions.
